Default Swimming

One of my favorite exercises to do is swimming. Since I live in the South, we can swim from April-September without needing a pool heater.

I love to swim as well. I don't get to swim much now but when we lived in Florida, we had a pool and I loved going out and swimming a few laps then doing some water aerobics. Nowadays I do inside walking with Leslie Sansone!

Swimming is definitely my favorite way to exercise! It also doubles as a way to keep cool in the Texas heat!

One of my regrets is never having learned how to swim. My aunt and uncle tried to teach me when I was a teenager and all I remember is that I was terrified and kept going under. I should have stuck with it longer.

I have to get swimming more. We live in a condo complex with an indoor pool, so I have no excuse.

Swimming uses more muscles than any other single exercise, doesn't it? I hear nothing but good things about it.

Katharina, I never learned to swim either. However, I made sure that my older son learned. My youngest will be ready for lessons soon.

We moved to Australia last year and I decided I was going to learn to swim. They run adult lessons at the local pool and I did it. It's great exercise when the weather is hot.
